Troubleshooting clipboard access

Web Browser: Chrome

Global access

1. Select ‘Settings’ within the three-dot menu.

2. Select “Privacy and security’.

3. Select ‘Site Settings'.

4. Select ‘Addtional Permissions’.

5. Select ‘Clipboard’.

6. Select ‘Sites can ask to see text and images on your clipboard’.

Allow LexSelect-specific access

This is not necessary if you have enabled global access to your clipboard.

1. Go to the browser setting for the clipboard (chrome://settings/content/clipboard).

2. Next to ‘Allowed to see your clipboard’, select ‘Add’

3. Add the ‘lexselect.io’ domain. 

Web Browser: Edge Browser

Global access

1. Select the lock icon in the address bar.

2. Change the Permissions for this site > Clipboard setting to Allow.

Allow LexSelect-specific access

This is not necessary if you have enabled global access to your clipboard.

1. Go to the browser setting for the clipboard (edge://settings/content/clipboard)

2. You may need to select Cookies and Site Permissions > Clipboard.

3. Next to ‘Allow’, select ‘Add’.

4. Add the ‘lexselect.io’ domain.
