Add-in installation issue in browser
If you encounter the error 'Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in' while trying to log in to your Microsoft account, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
Solution 1: Contact your Microsoft 365 admin
Reach out to your Microsoft 365 admin and request permission to install add-ins from browser directly. Once the admin grants access, try installing the LexSelect plugin again.
Solution 2: Manually install the LexSelect plugin in Word
If you can't get permissions from the admin right away, you can manually install the LexSelect plugin directly in Word by following these steps:

Open a Word document.

Click on ‘Home’ tab.

Click on ‘Add-ins’.

Click on ‘More Add-ins’.

Search for ‘LexSelect’.

Click ‘Add’ and then ‘Continue’.

Log in to your LexSelect account.

Start uploading and analyzing your documents!
